I offer 12-week 1:1 online coaching for women 30+. You’ll get a personalised training plan, flexible nutrition guidance, weekly check-ins, and daily support — so you always know what to do next.


You can train at home or in the gym. If you’re training at home, a set of dumbbells and a few basics are enough to get results. I’ll tailor the plan to what you have.


I don’t do rigid meal plans. I build your nutrition around your lifestyle, preferences, schedule, and goal — so you can lose fat and stay consistent without feeling restricted.


You’ll track training and progress through my coaching system, and we’ll review check-ins weekly. If tracking calories/macros helps, I’ll guide you — but the goal is always simplicity + consistency, not obsession.
